VIP Loyalty System with NFC Cards — Jewelry Hamza
A proposed in-house loyalty and membership system for Jewelry Hamza: smart NFC cards read in one tap, a staff app for sales and discounts, and an admin dashboard for customers, tiers and reports.
This is a design proposal presented to the client and has not yet been officially approved.

The Challenge
Jewelry Hamza needed an internal system to manage customers and memberships, distinguish each customer at purchase with a card passed easily and quickly over a phone, and bring sales tracking, discounts and statistics together in one place.
The Solution
A proposal built on three components working together: the staff app, the admin app with its dashboard, and smart NFC cards bound to the system database. A staff member reads a card by passing it over the phone to see the customer's data and discount level, then logs the purchase with the original price and the product description; the system calculates the final price and the discount value and saves everything to the linked database, and it can also register a new customer and bind their card to their name, tier, balance and discounts. The admin dashboard gives full control: adding, editing and deleting customers, changing the membership tier, adjusting the discount rate manually, and managing employees by creating accounts and setting permissions, plus search and reports by date, customer or employee. The membership upgrade system runs on three tiers — silver, gold and diamond — granting increasing discounts based on purchases: 1% on a first purchase, 5% for silver, 10% for gold and 15% for diamond, with the admin free to adjust the conditions and the rates. Security and flexibility come from layered protection, multiple permission levels for staff, and full archiving of every operation to prevent data loss, while the card itself carries nothing but a high-security identifier used as the primary key to the database, so the card is read and the transaction completed in under a second. The admin app can run from any browser or computer, and the system is built to expand with new features later.
